Beautiful all rounder kitchen workhorse. If you've been looking for the one knife that you go to for most tasks... this is it. The high carbon-chromium steel 52100 or ball bearing steel) offers a very fine, long-lasting edge with great toughness. The blade is 6.5' long. For the octagonal handle I used blue dyed Maple burl and Rock Maple (off an old bowling alley) with a white spacer.
